ARMA Chicago is proud to announce a Community Service Participation Event for our selected charity:

 Keep Reading Celebration!

Group Size: 6-12 People

Date: Monday, June 17th, 8:45am-10:00am

Location: National Teacher’s Academy, 55 W. Cermak (3 minute walk from the Red Line)

In June, SitStayRead will be hosting Keep Reading Celebrations for all the students who participated in their programs throughout the school year. At these Celebrations, the students get to celebrate their hard work and go home with a Summer Reading Fun Pack, which is a bag full of brand new reading and writing supplies (pencils, crayons, notebook, erasers, bookmarks, etc.), a new SitStayRead t-shirt, and up to five brand new books that every single student gets to take home!  Our ARMA volunteers will work at different stations they have set up - handing out books, Summer Reading Fun Packs, t-shirts, or other things, and we’ll also have an opportunity to engage with the students by reading their new books with them!

This is a great one-time opportunity to interact with the students we support.
